Public notice for the asignment of parking places in Rey Chico
On 20 November 2015 it has been published on BOP of Granada the public notice of the opening period to submit applications.

According to the Parking Plan for Residents (P.A.R.) in the local offices besides Rey Chico opens the PUBLIC NOTICE TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS
TERMS TO JOIN THE PROGRAMME:
- Being holder of a resident card and being authorized by a Decree to get to the restricted area of Albaicín Bajo, according to the Access Control Ordinance.
- Have the status of resident, considering resident, legal persons registered and living in this sphere of influence.
- Not having a parking place on property or hired in any building in the sphere of influence. It will be authorized only one vehicle per home.
- Authorizations will be given according to proximity.
- Each authorization will be associated to an authoized vehicle and carries an inherent annual public price.

DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT:
1. New applicants
Application form attached to the following documents:
a) Certified copy of official ID or Company Identification Number and the driving license certified copy,in both of them must appear the address, that must match with the address shown in the register of the city.
b) If the applicant does not have driving license, must attach:
- Driving license of any person, registered in the same address.
- Certified Copy of the driving license of the vehicle in which must appear the same address and the condition of applicant as owner of the vehicle.
c) If the owner of the vehicle is different to the applicant, must attach:
- Certified documentation to prove that the applicant has a vehicle, registered in his own name, by leasing, renting, or other similar.
- Certified documentation to prove that the applicant has a vehicle, whose owner is a legal entity, based in the same address (copy of the company articles of association, appearing the address of the same).

d) Sworn statement of not being an owner, renter of user of parking places or garages.
2. Renewal.

General Register of the City Council, Decentralised Offices and any other way legally stablished.
