Photo Contest in the European Mobility Week 2023
Rules of Mobile Phone Photo Contest of EMW 2023 have been published. Take part in this contest until September 20 2023 at 12:00 hours.
Organising bodies of mobile phone photo contest: Metropolitan Transport for the area of Granada and Granada City Council.
CONTEST CONDITIONS FOR THE MOBILE PHONE PHOTO CONTEST "EUROPEAN MOBILITY WEEK 2023"
First.- Participants.
People over 18 years old and resident in any of municipalities of the Consortium of Transport of the Metropolitan Area of Granada except employees and close relatives of organising entities of this Contest.
Second.- Theme.
Theme of photos must be related with the slogan of European Mobility Week 2023 "Mix and move" gathering any kind of public transport in the area of Granada (metropolitan buses, urban buses of Granada, Light Rail of Granada, taxis, skates or bicycles). There will not be published nor allowed pictures with illegal content offensive to human dignity, privacy or intimacy that can damage people image. This means, there will not be awolled any kind of photo contrary to current legislation.
Tercera.- Project.
Each participant can submit up to two photos. There will not be allowed photos not made by the author or property of the author. These images must be original and unpublished, not being submitted to other contests, webs or any press or digital media.
Forth.- How to participate.
Photographies must be done with a mobile phone, not being modified/digital edited and must respect the following requirements:
* Only JPG files.
* Minimum size 1.024 x 1.024 pixels.
Participants that not comply requirements of this call will be automatically disqualified.
Identification and delivery: Send and e-mail to concurso@ctagr.es with the contest conditions signed and the photo/s. Also there must include:
- Name and surname of the participant
- Nick (alias or pseudonym)
- NIF or NIE
- Email contact adress
- Telephone number
- Model of mobile phone used
- Title of the photo (or photos)
Exposition of images: Once photos are been delivered, organisers will analyse them before its exhibition.
Technical staff of organisers will dismiss those photos with less artistic quality or offensive or in a bad taste. This process will not take long, so the photos will be inmediately exhibited as previously indicated.
The Organization of ths Contest will not attend to phone calls or written or oral querys about the development of the contest. Participants have to wait until the publication of the jury´s decision, on the website of the Consortium of Metropolitan Transport in the Area of Granada (www.ctagr.es) and the website of the City Council of Granada (www.movilidadgranada.com)
Participants accepts that the photo will be visible on the web page of these entities, and any press or digital media.
Deadlines: Deadline will be September 20 2023 at 12:00 hours
Fith.- Jury´s decision.
Jury´s decision will be on September 22 intenational free car day and date of the closure of the European Mobility Week 2023. If there were not presented quality enough pictures, the award shall be declared void. Evaluation criteria of the jury will be creativity and photo quality. Selection of winners will be on the jury and should be final.
The jury will be formed by a President, Secretary and minimum of three Representative Members agreed by the CTMAGR and the City Council of Granada.
Delivery of prizes will be on a public act on the following 15 days to the publication of winners, day and hour to be determined.
Sixth.- Prizes.
There will be awarded three prizes:
- 1er prize: Transport Card of CTMAGR charge of 100 + transport voucher for taxi value of 50 in cooperation with Gremial del Taxi and Pide Taxi + Guided bicycle route for two, in cooperation with JCDecaux.
- 2nd prize: Transport Card of CTMAGR charge of 50 + transport voucher for taxi value of 25 in cooperation with Gremial del Taxi and Pide Taxi .+ Guided route on foot for two in cooperation with Asociación de Guías e Intérpretes del Patrimonio de Granada.
- 3rd. prize: Transport Card of CTMAGR charge of 25 + transport voucher for taxi value of 15 in cooperation with Gremial del Taxi y Pide Taxi
Each one of three pictures awarded, both Metropolitan Consortium of Transport in the Area of Granada and the City Council of Granada reserves the right ro publicate or reproduce them, by themselves or third parts, at any time and place, just quoting the name of the author.
Seventh.- Incompatibilities for receiving an award.
The same person can not be awarded with more than one prize. If one person has more than one photo awarded, will receive the prize with biggest amount.
Eigth.- Delivery of prize.
Once verified taht awarded fulfill requirements, organisers will communicate through their web site awarded listing and will explain the delivery of the prize, as settled on basis of the contest.
Nineth.- Considerations regarding to prizes.
Refusing a prize, due to any kind of reason, will not be recompensed under any circumstance.
If the prize has not been collected within a month, all rights will be lost to claim it. Deadline begins from the date of publication of winners and it communication by the Consortium.
Prize subject to the legislation in force.
Tenth.- Interpretation.
The jury reserves the right to interpretate these regulations, being accepted by participants, this interpretation.
Eleventh.- Aceptance of basis.
The participation in this contest implies the right to edit, publish, distribute and reproduce, non profit body, in any media the pictures of the participants quoting the name of the author. Inherent rights to the use of awarded photos will be property both of the Consortium of Metropolitan Transport in the Area of Granada and the City Council of Granada, not being able, their authors, to use them without their authorization.
Twelfth.- Data protection.
In compliance with RGPD 2016/679, inform that personal data take part in a file of the Consortium of Metropolitan Transport in the Area of Granada, to manage this contest. Legitimation is made due to the aceptance of this basis as imperative requirement to participate. Will not be given data to third parts unless legal requirement. Also, authorizes organisers to edit, publish and distribute, non profit, in any media, photos of the participants quoting the name of the author. With the aceptance of these terms, personal data (name and surname) will be on our website to know the winners of the contest. You have the right to acceed, rectify and eliminate this data, and other rights explained in additional info.
