25 Night Race
On 16 December 2016 takes place the Night Race through the historic center of Granada, starting at 21:00 hours lond distance race.

Sports Council of the Excellency City Council of Granada has organised the 2016 Night Race, where anyone can join, according to the requirements demanded the day of the race. Minimum age to participate is 4 years old.
Night Race takes place on Friday 16 December and has five routes. The Long Route, for those born in 2003 and before, begins at 21:00 h. aprox. after the ending of short routes. It is about 4,5 km long through the historic center of Granada.
The Start and Finish will be at Paseo del Salón (next to fuente de las Granadas). All participant must be prepared at the start area 15 minuters before it begins.

Traffic
The entirety of circuit will be restricted to traffic and closed in the sense of the race. Authorized vehicles will be designed by the Organization. Local Police will penalise expressely those drivers that break road limitations stablished.

Distance 400 m. aprox. Benjamin (born between 2008 and 2009):
START: Paseo del Salón (Sand area between bandstand and fuente de las Titas).
FINISH: Paseo del Salón (Fuente de las Granadas). Circuit distance: 400 m aprox.
Distance 800 m. aprox. Alevín (born between 2006 and 2007) and Children (born between 2004 and 2005):

Long route
Distance 4750 m. aprox. (born in 2003 and before):

Public transport
During the celebration of short routes, public transport will not be affected.
However, during the celebration of long distance, at 21:00 hours, traffic will be diverted.
LAC, SN1, SN3 and SN4 will be diverted through Camino de Ronda.
There will be also affected bus lines C7 and S1 due to traffic cut in Humilladero, bus line C5 due to traffic cut in Recogidas and bus lines C1 and C2 due to traffic cut in Gran Vía (they will go through Elvira Street to get to Plaza Nueva).
